What's the catch with a free proof?

There isn't one, but there is a filter. We only take on processes that run at least weekly, can be measured, and have an owner who can give two hours a week. We cap free proofs each month so every one gets proper attention. If it works, most people want to keep it running, and that is how we get paid.

How do you keep our data private when using AI?

Your data stays in services covered by a data processing agreement, with enterprise AI endpoints that don't train on your data. We set out exactly where data goes before any build, and we use the least data needed for the job.

Do you always recommend AI?

No. In regulated industries especially, a properly implemented ERP, CRM or workflow engine is often the answer: validated, auditable and integrated. We then use AI where it genuinely helps inside those systems, and leave it out where it does not.

Who owns the code?

On projects, you do: code, documents, cloud accounts and passwords are yours from day one. On Run and Care, we license and operate the automation for you, with a published buy-out price so you can take it over at any time.
